Your Wellness, Our Priority

At HEAL, we take a holistic, science-backed approach to health and safety. Every therapy, environment, and product in our facility is selected with purity, recovery, and longevity in mind. Our commitment to a toxin-free environment is designed to support your body's natural healing processes rather than add to your toxic load.

HEAL provides wellness, recovery, and biohacking services. HEAL does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Any medical services available on site are delivered by separate, independently licensed providers (see "Medical Services" below).

How HEAL Supports Your Body

Each modality is offered to support general well-being. Individual results vary, and you should consult your physician before beginning any wellness program.

  • Contrast Therapy — Private suites combining infrared sauna and cold plunge to support recovery, circulation, and resilience.
  • Infrared Sauna (HigherDOSE) — Full-spectrum infrared sauna therapy to support detoxification, relaxation, and circulation.
  • Cold Plunge (Plunge) — Cold-water immersion to support recovery, circulation, and stress resilience.
  • Red Light Therapy — Photobiomodulation to support cellular function and skin health.
  • PEMF Therapy — Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy to support circulation and recovery.
  • Tesla Light Therapy — Electromagnetic energy session designed to support relaxation and recovery.
  • Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber (HBOC) — Soft-shell hyperbaric oxygen sessions to support recovery and oxygen saturation.
  • HEALab Lymphatic Therapy — Compression-based lymphatic drainage to support circulation and recovery.
  • STYKU 3D Body Scan — Optical body composition scan. See Privacy Policy for biometric information disclosures.
  • Massage — Therapeutic massage by licensed providers.
  • Reiki — Energy-based wellness session.
  • Acupuncture — Provided on site by Pearl Lasky, L.Ac., an independent licensed acupuncturist contracted with HEAL. Pearl Lasky is solely responsible for the clinical acupuncture services she provides.

Toxin-Free Standards

  • Chemical-Free Sanitation — Non-toxic disinfectants, free from endocrine-disrupting chemicals, synthetic fragrances, and harmful VOCs.
  • Air & Water Purification — Medical-grade air filtration and filtered water throughout the facility, including FilterBaby shower filtration in private suites.
  • Non-Toxic Materials — Hypoallergenic and antimicrobial surfaces; low-VOC finishes.
  • Organic Amenities — Organic towels, toxin-free body products, and clean essential oils.

Sanitation & Equipment Standards

  • All surfaces and equipment are sanitized between guests with non-toxic, effective antimicrobial cleaners.
  • Each Contrast Therapy session takes place in a fully sanitized private suite.
  • Fresh towels and single-use items are provided for each session.
  • Staff are trained in HEAL's hygiene and safety protocols.

Contraindications & Safe Use

Some therapies are not appropriate for every individual. Please consult your physician before booking if you:

  • Are pregnant or trying to become pregnant.
  • Have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or metal implants.
  • Have a fever, active infection, or contagious illness.
  • Have cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, or recent surgery.
  • Have any condition for which heat, cold, pressure changes, light, or electromagnetic exposure could be unsafe.

Additional rules:

  • No one under 13 may use the facilities at HEAL.
  • Guests aged 13–17 require parental/guardian consent and supervision.
  • HEAL reserves the right to deny any service to any guest under 18 at any time, for any reason, at HEAL's sole discretion.
  • Shared Contrast Therapy suite occupancy — both-under-21 prohibition. Two guests may share a private Contrast Therapy suite only if at least one of them is 21 or older. If both guests are under 21, they may NOT share a CT suite together. This rule applies across the board, regardless of relationship, and includes siblings.
  • All guests must shower before entering the cold plunge. Failure to shower before plunging will result in an additional cleaning fee.
  • Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber: HBOC is not appropriate for individuals with untreated pneumothorax, certain ear or sinus conditions, claustrophobia that cannot be managed, or other contraindicated medical conditions. A health screen is required before your first HBOC session.

If you feel unwell during any session, stop immediately and notify staff.

Medical Services Are Separate

HEAL Wellness + Longevity is a wellness facility and does not operate as a medical practice. Any medical services available on site — including peptides, hormone optimization, GLP-1 weight-management programs, and telehealth consultations — are provided by Asher Med LLC, a separate, independently licensed medical entity. Asher Med is responsible for its own clinical care, recordkeeping, and patient relationships.

Acupuncture is provided on site by Pearl Lasky, L.Ac., an independent licensed acupuncturist.

Biometric Notice (STYKU)

HEAL's STYKU 3D Body Scan collects biometric information (such as 3D body geometry and body composition measurements). This collection is governed by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) and our Privacy Policy. Use of the STYKU scan is voluntary and requires your written consent. Guest Responsibility

Help us keep HEAL safe and welcoming:

  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule.
  • Disclose relevant health conditions to staff before your session.
  • Follow posted rules and staff instructions.
  • Respect other guests' space and quiet.
