PREPARING FOR THE EXPERIENCE

Red Light Vibes is designed to move the body from recovery to activation to movement. A little preparation helps you get the most from the experience.

ARRIVE COMFORTABLY HYDRATED

Focus on hydration throughout the day rather than drinking large amounts of water immediately before your session. Circulation and lymphatic flow work best when the body is well hydrated.

CLEAN SKIN

Arrive with clean skin and avoid heavy lotions, oils, sunscreens, or makeup on areas being treated. Clean skin allows the light to reach the body more effectively.

DRESS FOR THE EXPERIENCE

Many guests wear minimal clothing or swimwear to maximize skin exposure during the Red Light / PEMF portion of the session. Towels are available for comfort and privacy.

REMOVE JEWELRY & ELECTRONICS

You'll be asked to remove watches, jewelry, and personal electronics before treatment. If you have an implanted medical device, please let our team know before booking.

TAKE YOUR TIME

Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in, relax, and begin the experience without feeling rushed. Recovery happens best when the body has time to slow down first.
