General
What is HEAL?

HEAL is a wellness center in Forest Park, IL focused on recovery, metabolic health, and long-term performance. We use tools like infrared sauna, cold therapy, red light / PEMF, HBOC, STYKU body scanning, strength testing, massage, acupuncture, Reiki, and structured programs like MRP to help you feel and perform better at every age.
Do I need a membership to use HEAL?

No. You can book intro sessions if you are new to a service, book drop-ins with card or HEAL Credits, or use monthly memberships and credit packs if you come regularly.
Booking, Memberships & HEAL Credits
What are HEAL Credits?

HEAL Credits are a flexible way to pay for services across the center. One credit is approximately $10 of HEAL services.
You can use credits on contrast therapy, Red Light / PEMF, Tesla Light Therapy, HBOC, massage, acupuncture, Reiki, HEALab training, and more.
You get credits through Monthly Credit Memberships or one-time Credit Packs.
What are the current monthly memberships?

CORE is 20 credits per month for $150. THRIVE is 40 credits per month for $250. ELITE is 80 credits per month for $499.
ELITE includes 1 STYKU scan plus 6 CT guest passes per quarter. These guest passes do not roll over.
Membership credits load on your billing date, are used on eligible services, and expire at the end of that billing cycle if unused.
What credit packs are available and when do they expire?

Credit packs do not auto-renew. Current packs are 10 credits for $95, 20 credits for $180, 40 credits for $340, and the 100-credit Executive Pack for $750.
Founders packs may be offered with bonus credits.
Packs bought before June 14, 2026 have a 12-month expiry. Packs bought on or after June 14, 2026 have a 6-month expiry.
Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value, except where required by law.
What happens to my existing CT membership?

Founding / BN Elite / Elite CT-only memberships keep their CT pricing and access as long as they stay active. These members are not auto-converted, and HEAL Credits are optional on top.
Standard Core, Standard Thrive, and BN Core are upgraded into Credit memberships. You pay a similar amount monthly but get credits you can use across HEAL instead of CT-only sessions.
We will always communicate changes with notice.
Credits, Cancellations & No-Shows
What is your cancellation window?

Cancel more than 4 hours before your visit and there is no penalty. Cancel less than 4 hours before your visit or do not show, and it is considered a late cancel or no-show.
For practitioner services, including massage, acupuncture, Reiki, HBOC, and STYKU, we ask for 12 hours' notice so we have time to refill the slot. We may treat cancellations inside 12 hours as late for those services, even if the system only auto-flags at 4 hours.
What happens to my credits if I late cancel or no-show?

If you booked using HEAL Credits, late cancel or no-show means the full credit cost of the service is deducted. There is no extra $25 fee for credit-booked visits.
If you booked with card and a card on file, HEAL may charge up to the full session price to your card.
If you booked a promo intro with no card on file, there is no monetary penalty.
What about Elite CT memberships and the $25 fee?

For legacy Elite CT-only memberships, CT bookings under that membership follow the legacy rule: late cancel or no-show is a $25 fee per visit, with no credits involved.
When you book any service using HEAL Credits, you follow the credit rule: credits are deducted, with no $25 fee.
First-Time Visits, Intros & Drop-Ins
I am new. What is the difference between an intro and a drop-in?

Intro sessions are discounted first-time visits for key services, including CT, Red Light / PEMF, HBOC, and Massage 60.
Some intros are booked through promos or events with no card and no fee on late cancel or no-show. Standard intros on the website or front desk require a card and may be charged if you late cancel or no-show.
Drop-ins are one-off sessions for any service with no long-term commitment. Card-only drop-ins require a card on file and may be charged if you late cancel or no-show. Drop-ins paid with credits deduct credits on late cancel or no-show, with no extra fee.
What is included in a Contrast Therapy session?

A typical contrast therapy session includes a private suite with an infrared sauna, a cold plunge tub, a filtered shower, towels, and basic amenities.
Most people cycle between sauna and cold plunge during their 60-minute session.
How long are most sessions?
+
Contrast therapy and many recovery sessions are booked in 60-minute blocks. Certain services, including HBOC, some bodywork, and HEALab, may have different durations. You will see the timing when you book.
Safety & Age Requirements
Can anyone use CT, saunas, cold plunge, or HBOC?
+
Some people should talk to their doctor first, including people who are pregnant or trying to conceive, under 18, recently had fever or infection, have a pacemaker or certain metal implants, or have uncontrolled heart conditions or serious medical issues.
We require parental consent for anyone under 18. Guests under 13 may not use HEAL facilities. HEAL may deny any service to anyone under 18, at any time, for any reason.
We always recommend clearing new therapies with your healthcare provider.
Can two of us share a Contrast Therapy suite?

Yes, with one limit. A private CT suite may be shared by two guests only if at least one of you is 21 or older. If both guests are under 21, you may not share a CT suite together. This applies across the board, including siblings.
Do I have to shower before the cold plunge?

Yes. Everyone must shower before using the cold plunge. That is how we keep water quality safe. Failure to shower can result in an additional cleaning fee.
Cleanliness & Environment
What do you do for cleanliness and air/water quality?

HEAL uses medical-grade air and water filtration, filtered showers in each suite, cleaning protocols designed to minimize harsh chemicals while keeping the environment safe, fresh towels, and basic body care products on site.
Membership Policies & Payment
Can I share my membership or credits with someone else?

No. Memberships and credits are for individual use only and cannot be transferred.
Are memberships month-to-month? How do I cancel?
+
Yes. Memberships bill monthly. You can cancel any time with written notice before your next billing date.
There are no long-term contracts, but we do not refund past cycles or expired credits.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not bill insurance.
Medical Services & Asher Med
Can I use HEAL Credits for medical services?
+
No. All medical services, including peptides, GLP-1s, hormones, labs, and prescribing, are coordinated through our medical partner, Asher Med, and their providers.
HEAL Credits can only be used for HEAL wellness services. Medical services are billed separately and follow their own policies.
