HEAL Credits FAQ

A clear guide to memberships, packs, expiration, legacy CT plans, cancellations, and what HEAL Credits can be used for.

What are HEAL Credits?

HEAL Credits are a simple way to pay for everything at HEAL with one flexible wallet.

1 credit is approximately $10 of HEAL services.

You can use credits on Contrast Therapy, Red Light / PEMF, Tesla Light Therapy, HBOC, STYKU 3D body scan, massage, reiki, acupuncture, and HEALab training sessions.

You get credits either through a monthly membership or a one-time pack.

How do I get HEAL Credits?

Monthly Credit Memberships auto-renew: CORE is 20 credits/month for $150, THRIVE is 40 credits/month for $250, and ELITE is 80 credits/month for $499.

ELITE includes 1 STYKU scan plus 6 CT guest passes per quarter. These guest passes do not roll over.

Membership credits load to your account each billing cycle and expire at the end of that cycle if unused.

One-Time Credit Packs do not auto-renew: 10 credits for $95, 20 credits for $180, 40 credits for $340, and the 100-credit Executive Pack for $750.

Founders Packs are limited-time offers: 100 + 20 bonus credits equals 120 credits for $750, and 40 + 10 bonus credits equals 50 credits for $350.

Packs bought on or after June 14, 2026 expire 6 months from purchase. Packs bought before June 14, 2026 keep their original 12-month expiry.

Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.

What happens to my current CT membership?

It depends which membership you have.

Founding / BN Elite / Elite CT protected legacy plans keep their CT price and structure as long as they remain active. These include Core / Thrive / Elite Membership - Founding Member, BN 2025-ELITE, and Elite Membership - Regular/Standard CT-only Elite.

Protected legacy plans are not auto-converted into a credit membership. HEAL Credits are optional on top if you want to use services beyond CT, including HBOC, massage, acupuncture, HEALab, and more.

Standard Core, Standard Thrive, and BN Core auto-convert. These include Core Membership - Regular, Thrive Membership - Regular, and BN Core.

At the flip date, Standard Core / BN Core convert to Credit Core at 20 credits for $150. Standard Thrive converts to Credit Thrive at 40 credits for $250.

You will pay about the same or a little less, but instead of X CT sessions you will get credits you can spend across HEAL.

You will receive a separate email with the exact timing and your new membership details.

Do credits expire?

Yes, but it depends on the type of credit.

Membership credits are issued monthly on your billing date and expire at the end of that billing cycle if unused. They do not roll over.

Pack credits bought before June 14, 2026 have a 12-month expiry. Pack credits bought on or after June 14, 2026 have a 6-month expiry.

Expired credits cannot be restored or refunded.

How do cancellations, late cancels, and no-shows work?

Late cancel means cancelling less than 4 hours before your appointment or class. No-show means you do not cancel and do not attend.

For certain practitioner services, including massage, acupuncture, reiki, HBOC, and STYKU, we ask for 12 hours' notice as a courtesy so we can refill the slot. We may treat cancels inside 12 hours as late for those, but the system always flags anything inside 4 hours as late.

If you booked using HEAL Credits, late cancel or no-show means the full credit cost of that service is deducted from your balance. There is no $25 fee on top.

If you booked using card and you have a card on file, late cancel or no-show means we may charge up to the full session price to your card.

If you booked a free or promo intro with no card on file, late cancel or no-show means no monetary penalty.

What about Elite CT members?

For legacy Elite CT memberships, including Founding Elite, BN 2025-ELITE, and Elite CT-only, CT bookings under that Elite CT membership follow the legacy rule.

Late cancel or no-show for CT under a legacy Elite CT membership is a $25 fee per visit. No credits are involved.

When you book using HEAL Credits, even if you are Elite, you follow the normal credit rule: credits are deducted and there is no $25 fee.

What are the Free and Intro sessions?

We offer these to help new people start without a big upfront commitment.

A free first session, where offered, is $0, uses no credits, and requires no card to book. There is no monetary penalty on late cancel or no-show.

Intro sessions are discounted first visits, such as CT Intro, Red Light / PEMF Intro, HBOC Intro, or Massage 60 Intro.

Promo, ad, or event intro booking paths may require no card and have no monetary penalty.

Standard website or front desk intro booking paths may require a card. If you late cancel or no-show, we may charge the intro price to your card.

Details and availability may change with specific offers. The booking page you use will show exactly which terms apply.

Can I use HEAL Credits for medical services?

No. HEAL provides wellness services only.

All medical services, including GLP-1s, hormone therapy, peptide prescriptions, medical weight management, labs, and related care, are provided by independent medical groups coordinated through Asher Med.

HEAL Credits cannot be used for Asher Med or any other medical services.

Medical services are billed separately, under their own policies.

Can I transfer or share my credits?

No. Credits are tied to your account.

Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are non-refundable except where required by Illinois law, including initial rescission rights or certain relocation or medical situations.

You can use your membership to book guests in specific cases, such as ELITE guest passes for CT, but that is different from transferring credits.

What if I move, get injured, or have a major life change?

We follow applicable Illinois law for non-waivable rights, including initial membership rescission windows and certain relocation, death, or permanent disability provisions.

Those details live in your Membership Agreement and our Terms & Conditions.
