Appointment booking tips

    1. Search for “Momence” app:

      1. App Store (iPhone)

      2. Google Play (Android).

    2. Download and install the Momence app on your phone or mobile device.

    3. Open the app and log in with the same email address you used when signing up for your HEAL membership or pack.

    4. Return to the app and log in using your new password.

    5. Once logged in, you’ll see the HEAL logo along with your membership details, available credits, and upcoming appointments.

  • Either you’re not logged in with the email you used when you became a member, or you’ve already used up your appointment credits. If you’re not sure, contact us and we’ll check for you.

  • Not a problem! Just click here to log in to your profile on Momence and book directly through your browser — no app required.

    • Log in using the same email you used for your membership or pack.

    • Select the service you’d like to book.

    • Choose a date and time that works for you.

    • Confirm your appointment — you’ll see “book now, pay later.” No payment is taken until your appointment time.
